In 2014, she played the iconic Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She also hosted the show's variety program It's Showtime from noon (2009-2010) Curtis was born to Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia as well as James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer, was born on the 25th of July 1970, at Yarrawonga. The father of her mother was engaged to Ojales before 1982. Her younger brother Jasmine was also an actress. On their father's side they had a half-sister called Clare who passed away in 2007 due to an illness of the heart at just 4 months of age.
